MojoCP Video Platform

Migration Completed!
We are excited to introduce you to MojoCP a newly developed platform with many new functions and exciting features!

Please follow the steps below:

Access MojoCP : 

Login via your existing username and password (if you can’t remember your login you can reset it).
Once you have logged in ensure to click on your profile settings on the top right corner and click on the settings tab.

Update your user profile settings such as the Country, Timezone etc.
You will also need to enable and recreate your stream targets.

Please note: If your live streaming is not online, please restart your encoder. 
As well, a documentation guide will be provided within the next few days.
This is MojoCP Version 1, we will be continuing to add and develop new functions and features.

We are currently assigning your account with the appropriate plan. You should receive your login details via email once migration is completed today.

IMPORTANT: Please note, do not make any changes to MediaCP Control Panel.
Do not stop, restart or delete any applications or upload any files.

Due to an internal technical delay, Migration forecast is scheduled to take place on Tuesday July 12th, 2022.

Important message:
We are excited to announce the new platform MOJOCP is now ready for your UK4 DE3.

Please read carefully:
In the next 24 to 48 hours, we will start to migrate all of your servers to the new MojoCP platform.

Maintenance schedule:

Date: 08-July-2022
Window Start: 4am EST Time / 9am UK Time
Duration: 48 hours
Downtime Estimate: 5 minutes

What will be impacted:

1) All of your servers will be operating without interruptions in the next 48 hours. 
2) During this time, there will be slight interference where you may not be able to reach or login into the Existing MediaCP control panel while your server is still operating in the background, in order to complete the migration to the MojoCP. 
3) We will also update to the new Wowza Version.
4) Once this is completed, you will receive an email regarding the new MojoCP platform details.
