Source Security feature

Enhanced Security Measures for Your Sources A Source Security account acts as a vital authentication mechanism, ensuring secure connections from sources to live applications.
For RTMP Sources, two options are available:

  1. Password Authentication (Default):
All RTMP encoders enabled for publishing must authenticate to publish to this application, ensuring stringent security measures.

  2. Open (No Authentication Required):
Any RTMP encoder enabled for publishing can seamlessly publish to this application without the need for authentication, offering flexibility for specific streaming needs.
